Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, it's based on the concept of Qi (pronounced "chee"), the body's vital energy that flows through pathways called meridians. Acupuncture can support people of all ages, offering relief from stress, anxiety, chronic pain, headaches, digestive issues, sleep concerns, hormonal changes, as well as for general wellness and prevention.
